Finger Food Menu $40

Our Finger Food Menu is designed for easy, delicious bites — ideal for corporate events, casual gatherings, and any occasion where guests want to enjoy great food without the need for cutlery.

Choripán

Argentinian grilled chorizo, butterflied and served in a fresh mini ciabatta-style bun with homemade salsa criolla and chimichurri. A classic Argentine favourite in a finger-food format. 

Mini Beef Fillet Sandwich

Tender grilled beef fillet served with chimichurri and salsa criolla. 

Mini Chicken Sandwich

Grilled chicken breast served in a soft bun with chimichurri and a hint of lemon. 

Mini Pork Fillet Sandwich

Slow-cooked pork fillet served with homemade chimichurri and salsa criolla. 


Classic Menu $50

Classic Menu offers a full Argentine-style asado experience, cooked slowly over manuka wood for a delicious smoky flavour. All dishes are served on mini parrillas (mini grills) so guests can serve themselves onto their own plates.

Choripán

Classic Argentine Street food: juicy grilled chorizo sausage served in fresh bread and finished with our homemade chimichurri sauce. 

Rustic Loaded Potatoes

Golden roasted potatoes topped with crispy bacon, melted cheese, and a touch of fresh herbs. 

Pork Fillet

Simply seasoned with lemon, salt, and pepper and cook it slowly over manuka wood so it absorbs a gentle smoky note. The result is extremely juicy, soft pork with a subtle flavour that pairs beautifully with chimichurri or criolla.

Chicken Breast

We marinate the chicken breast with fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper, allowing the citrus to tenderize the meat. Cooked low and slow over manuka wood, the chicken stays moist, tender, and lightly smoky.
It’s a lean, delicate option with a clean, bright flavour. 

Entraña (Skirt Fillet)

One of Argentina’s most beloved cuts due to its deep, beefy flavour.
This steak is thin, incredibly tender when cooked properly, and packed with natural juices. We season it only with salt and pepper and grill it over manuka wood, which gives it a distinctive smoky aroma. 

Dessert: Flan with Dulce de Leche

Silky custard base gently baked until it reaches the perfect texture: smooth, creamy, and delicate. It’s topped with dulce de leche, the iconic Argentine milk caramel that adds a rich, sweet finish. 


Premium Menu $65

Our Premium Menu offers an elevated Argentine asado experience, a real FEAST, featuring high-quality cuts and refined flavours. All dishes are served on mini grills, creating an elegant, interactive presentation that allows guests to serve themselves onto their plates while enjoying food that stays hot and perfectly grilled. This menu is ideal for special celebrations, private events, and corporate gatherings where you want to impress with exceptional flavour and premium cuts of meats.

 Traditional Argentine pastry fiiled with seasoned minced beef, onion, green olives, boiled egg, and mild spices

 Premium Rib Eye grilled to perfection over Manuka Wood for 4 hours seasoned only with salt and pepper
